The Situation
When I first connected with Clearview Pool and Health Club, they had no website at all. From the very first conversation it was clear they were not just looking for something to put their hours and address on. They wanted their site to actually run parts of their business, from membership registration to pavilion bookings, along with a check-in system that had all been handled manually up to that point. On top of that, they wanted the site to genuinely show off their facility in a way that matched how great it actually is.
What We Built
Before writing a single line of code I knew great visuals were going to be the foundation of this one, so I connected them with a professional drone videographer to capture the pool and grounds. Once we had that footage in hand, I worked out the branding, page structure, and then got into the real challenge: the custom membership workflow. I built that using Google Sheets and Make.com, which gave the admins a clean, automated process for handling new members without needing expensive third-party software. The sponsorship workflow came together alongside it, and the QR-based check-in system was wired directly into the membership data so everything talks to each other. The pavilion booking system handles an initial deposit upfront and holds the reservation until an admin approves it, then collects the remaining balance. An event calendar rounds it out so the public always knows what is coming up. The closest comparable platform they had looked at was running around $1,750 a year. What we built together came in well under that, and the admins have already said it has saved them a significant amount of time they were spending on manual processes.
